Mammal are no longer...

Melbourne rockers, Mammal have split up. The band released a statement to fans saying; “Due to long standing personal, political, musical and business differences, Mammal has decided it cannot continue and is no more…”

Frontman Ezekiel Ox will release the debut album from his The Ox And The Fury project in early 2010, and will continue to work with producer and long time friend Forrester Savell under the name Smash Nova.

Ox’s bandmates Pete Williamson, Nick Adams and Zane Rosanoski will continue to work together with a new project scheduled for 2010.
The decision has led to the cancellation of two Victorian all-ages gigs, 15 gigs in the UK supporting The Answer and appearances at Dreamworld for New Years Eve and on the bill at Solar Music Festival.
