TRICKY
Never one to walk the middle of the road, Tricky has enjoyed an illustrious career that has led him on an intriguingly unique and indefinable musical journey every step of the way. From his early days in Massive Attack, to collaborating with Bjork and starring in Tool's mesmerising 'Parabola' film clip, this artist has nearly done it all. After a five-year hiatus between albums, and a much longer gab between Australian tours, it is a great privilege to be receiving both soon. Jake 3 jumped on the line to have a chat with Tricky, who was in great spirits as he soaked up the sun on a pleasant Canadian afternoon.

BAND OF HORSES
Band of Horses frontman Ben Bridwell is in a very chilled mood as he speaks to Tsunami from his new hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Sitting in the sun on a park bench, he reflects on the band's steady rise to fame in between swigs of beer and tokes on a cigarette.

On the eve of the Akron, Ohio blockheads' return to Australia next month, Tsunami spoke with co-founder, chief songwriter and vocalist Mark Mothersbaugh about fame, whipping Jimmy Carter into shape, and why it might be safe to start recording again.
